Large corporation looking for multiple part-time contractors to handle curriculum and LMS support and course deliveries.

Description:

Working with the Content Fulfillment team to process all course load requests, curriculum support tickets, and website updates.  Specifically looking for mini-experts in a variety of LMS's and those that can help out with Blackboard internal support.

Responsibilities include the following.

  • Loading/copying Blackboard hosted customer internal courses
  • Loading courses to external customers across multiple Learning Management Systems (Blackboard, Moodle, D2L, Brainhoney, eCollege, and Angel)
  • Manipulation of courses to allow successful delivery
  • Triage and corrections for all curriculum support tickets
  • Identify and fix all internal Blackboard changes.
  • Update website as necessary
  • Conversion of courses between Learning Management Systems
  • Modifications to courses as requested
  • Troubleshooting courses as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems strongly preferred (blackboard and Moodle specifically)
  • Experience working with html and JavaScript
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and establish priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high levels of quality and productivity
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
  • Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of a variety of Learning Management Systems (Blackboard, Angel, Moodle, etc.)
