Job offered: Looking for Moodle End-User Support

Exploring options for supporting Moodle End Users with the typical issues such as:

  • Forgotten Usernames/Passwords
  • Help with browsers (pop-up blocks)
  • Password reset
  • General/Typical Browser and Moodle Issues

Need a cost effective solution so that users could have access to support via email and telephone contact.  Should have solid moodle/customer support skills.  Would need to be available typical work hours EST and as arranged/needed.  If interested, please contact:
