Job offered: Develop network for moodle sites

We are setting up a network cluster of moodle sites, where all the sites operate and focus through a central moodle hub. We are looking for a developer or company who has experience with moodle hubs and MNet and developing such a network.

We have a moodle site operational now, what we want developed is the network structure and the relationships between the hub site and the satellite sites
