Moodle jobs

We are seeking an Independent Contractor that is proficient in the design and development of the Moodle platform and can develop a Virtual Learning Environment. We have installed the platform and have hosting services with a database. The scope of work consists of the following:

• Specify the proper versions of Moodle for the project.
• Facilitate our understanding of the hosting, database, and website requirements.
• Assist our understanding of content design and development requirements (e.g. videos, text and images)
• Create online courses with a focus on instructor interaction with a participant. We will provide the content (e.g. videos, images, and text).
• Create a learning management system that will provide the instructor and participant with reports and statistical data on participate activity (e.g. courses completed, grade, proficiency ratings, deficiency ratings,…)
• Create an online learning environment where participants can complete/submit their assignments, view their grades, and learn about areas of improvement.
• Standard Moodle features included.
