Job offered: Instructor Support

We are a college textbook publisher looking for someone in the US to supplement our Instructor Support staff. We support Blackboard, Angel and Moodle systems. We also support all media products produced to support text. These include instructor resource disks, test bank management systems and other online resources. The freelancer will provide support to college professors. The freelancer will also interact with local college technical support and software support groups as needed. Support is provided over the phone, via email and a web-based Help Desk system.

It is essential to have excellent problem solving skills, clear oral and written communication ability, and general technical facility. We are seeking an individual familiar with course creation and maintenance in Blackboard, Angel and Moodle. Software specific training will be provided to persons proficient in at least one of these areas.


Must be located in the US to use our conference call system and be available during daytime business hours. Volume will vary, but we expect about 10 - 20 hours per week.

Must have broadband Internet connection.
