Founded in 1947, Strathclyde Business School (SBS) is an enterprising, pioneering institution of global standing. The Strathclyde MBA has been continually evolving, improving and striving to reflect current practice since 1966. We are one of only less than 1% business schools in the world to hold international accreditation from the 3 business education hallmarks of excellence.

The Strathclyde MBA delivers a first class learning experience to UK-based and overseas students. Our online teaching provision is delivered through Myplace, University of Strathclyde’s Moodle-based Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). To support the MBA’s VLE service, we seek to appoint a confident, self-motivated and innovative individual with experience of learning technology and providing technical support to an online user community. With strong technical skills and proven support experience, you will resolve queries, provide advice, and deliver training and guidance to academics, administrators and students.

As a confident, committed and engaging individual, you will play a crucial role within the MBA operations team. Accustomed to delivering presentations, you will provide induction and training sessions to develop a strong and knowledgeable user community. Your creative skills will be seen through the development of video and help materials. You will be proactive, driven and understand the importance of providing an excellent customer service for a premium educational programme. As an astute communicator, you will have an aptitude for teamwork and collaboration in a busy and diverse department.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance the MBA student learning experience where we will support and encourage your own training and development needs to ensure success.
