Contrib package downloads not updating overnight?

It doesn't look like the script that packages contrib folders and allows them to be downloaded is being updated - possibly the new cvs changes?

both seem to be out of date to CVS

(I've also added a new folder in Contrib which isn't working(proabably the same issue!)

I have also been having problems getting the latest form zip using this method.

Has it been fixed / synched now?
