Hi,

I have been assigned a task where I need to develop course which should not be hosted on Moodle LMS but should be trackable via Moodle.

I am thinking of doing in the particular way

1. Create a SCORM 1.2 course with HTML course wrapper and Scorm files.

2. Assign user to that course.

3. Create a login page in offline course which will run from desktop using executable and validate user.

Are there any API/Web services available using which I can validate the user, check if the course is assigned and retrieve/save SCORM details like bookmark/suspend_data.
