I was just thinking about the Glossary and Filter functionality.
I've created a couple of filters for my own use, and have therefore been able to specify different style classes for highlight colours. Imagine it as being able to use blue highlighter pens for some concepts, pink for others and yellow for yet more (I used about 6 colours for different concepts when I was at Uni).
What I think would be really helpful is a config option in Glossary setup that allows the teacher to set the highlight colour for that particular glossary, with the default as it is now.
Any thoughts?

I know too many colors as filter colors might be distracting for some but I believe that it will help "visual" students. One could create different types of glossaries and different colors in filters could help students retain information as well as study more efficiently.
Would be nice as an option. (Which is how you seem to be presenting it).
