I mentioned this a couple of days ago. I think it's ready to go now.

This is a new block that offers these features:

Searching for text using:

Google
Google Images
Wikipedia
Yahoo
Dictionary.com
Amazon.com
WikEd smile
MathWorld
Bartleby.com

It also lets you translate text between 36 pairs of languages (using babelfish)

If you're using a recent release Netscape, Mozilla (including Firefox) or Internet Explorer, you can select text with your mouse and have it automatically filled in to the search or translate box (sadly, this does not work on Safari, but text can still by typed in manually or copied and pasted).

It also includes a nice GPL scientific/programmer's calculator written by Stephen Ostermiller that I've "Moodle-ized".

Both the search/translate function and the calculator will work as bookmarklets, so they can be dragged on to your browser's links bar and used anywhere in the site.

Code is attached. If you want to try it out before installing it, you can visit:

http://teachanything.net/course/view.php?id=38

Log in as teacher, password teacher.

If you encounter any problems, please let me know.

Enjoy!
