For all web developers who try to make their theme also look good in all MS browsers old and new, there is a very useful tool called "IETester" available:
"IETester is a free WebBrowser that allows you to have the rendering and JavaScript engines of IE8, IE7 IE 6 and IE5.5 on Vista and XP, as well as the installed IE in the same process."

But note that the software is still an alpha release!
I just installed this yesterday! It's very cool, but quite buggy. It shuts down on my randomly. But a ridiculously helpful tool!
I used this one for a bit too... Was very buggy though

"Ever wanted to test your website in various versions of Internet Explorer? – So I made an installer which contains IE3 IE4.01 IE5 IE5.5 and IE6"

There's also a Firefox plugin "IE NetRenderer" (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6455) but that only sends a request to a server and gives you back a static screenshot of your page and it will probably not work with pages that require a login.
Browser Shots is always handy for a quick visual check of how CSS is going to render on multiple browsers... http://browsershots.org/
