Where do you wish to put a tab? what section?
I want to add tab menu in the header section means blow the header img/text.
but these should be dynamic. see the attached image as sample.

I really don´t know how it works but there is an extension called CMS plugin, maybe here:

Depends on what you mean by 'dynamic', but I suggest taking a look at the Newbury themes, which have a tab menu similar to the one in your image; might give you some ideas of how to go about it.

From what you say, I think the yui cascading menu/submenu structure that is used in some of the aardvark themes (and some others) might be what you are looking for.
