I am running 1.9.2. We have assignments that we have been using for most of this year. We are now finding that our grades are not being saved in Moodle.
If I open the grading pop up and enter feedback and save or save and next then the changes are not being recorded.
This is happening in Firefox 2 and 3.0 and in internet explorer 7.
To make any progress at all I am having to save the feedback then refresh the submissions.php page before marking the next piece of work.
We need to make sure that our grades are being recorded so that pupils receive their feedback at the start of term in September.
Rick, I'm still having this problem (in Firefox and in IE). Have you, or has anyone else, been able to figure out what is causing this problem and how to fix it?

It's not happening now. The only change that I think we have made is to limit quick grading to 30 before it was 60. Now we are using a marking block on the front page we have quick grade turned off completely on most courses.
