I'm assuming that you're referring to making font changes using Moodle's internal HTML editor? Which font are you choosing that is not working for you? What browser do you use?

Could you share the CSS that you used to allow for the rounded corners on the course sections?

This header file is a total mess ... it doesn't look anything like a typical Moodle header.html file. What software did you use to edit this?

Regardless, I am attaching a fresh header.html from Moodle 1.9. Start from scratch with this one by first making sure it works as it should with your Cornflower theme.

You may have just left a tag open, or something like that. Could you perhaps share your actual altered header.html file? I will gladly take a look at it for you.

Do you have the web developer toolbar for Firefox? This is a big help for identifying such code.
