Also, Anomaly isn't fixed-width. It is a 100% fluid-width theme. I'm not sure what more could be causing this issue. More screenshots would be a great help.

Thanks for trying to help, Frank. However, none of the code that you have pasted from the Anomaly theme touches the course page that is pictured so we'll have to go another route to find a solution.

As this is to be a core theme, I'd rather answer questions here.

Can you post a screenshot of the page with editing turned on (as much of the page as possible)?

I'm guessing you're building a custom theme? Have you had a look at the standard rendering of this popup?
