I've just released two simple new themes for Moodle: Greenie & Leatherbound. Both are free and open source. Please post any support requests and feedback here.

I suppose you'll have to wait. To the best of my knowledge, the theme engine is still under development. I don't want to recode any themes until I know what I'm working with is going to be around for a while.

I have not touched Anomaly since Tim and Petr started working on the underlying theme engine and I probably won't work on it again until I hear that this work is close to being done.
