Did anyone find a solution to this - I have one student that cannot see the browse box or submit button but the other students can. Student is enrolled and has the student role within the class. I cannot find anything different about her profile to the other students. It is not a browser issue because I can log in as one student and see button and then log in as the student in question and get no button. Help please!!

I discovered that my submitted assignment table was corrupted. Fixed it in mysql with a repair table command and it is working fine now.

Having the same problem. When student submits, it tells them that file is uploaded but it does not register as submitted.

No, I was going to the folder, selecting the first file, selecting Add quiz chain but just wasn't getting the chain. Finally figured out how to reference the folder instead of selecting the first file and it is working now. I found out that if I tried to reference just the first quiz, I was having issues because the next quiz in the series was not referenced in the original hotpot quiz. When I referenced the folder, it worked just as it should. Thanks for the help.

Ok - I am having the same problem. Followed instructions exactly - got the chain name to show chain(1) which tells me that it thinks it is in a chain but it will not see the other files in the folder. I have tried with the original hot potatoes files and then with the htm files. Cannot get it to work. What am I missing?
