Moodle in English -> Assignment -> Cannot grade assignment

Greetings, Colleagues!

I have an assignment that I cannot seem to grade. Maybe someone can help me with this?
Students submit a video and I view it and grade it according to a rubric. But there is no text box where I can enter the grade and when I select descriptors in the rubric, they do not stay selected, nothing happens in Chrome or Firefox.

I have been instructed by my admin that I am not supposed to override grades, so I am stuck. Screen capture is attached.

C;early, I have missed a memo here. 😉 What am I doing wrong?

P.S. Also, when I manually add values to the text boxes in the rubric and save, no score is recorded.

Thank you so much, Helen. It's so nice to see you again.

So far, it feels the same! I know I will discover improvements, but Moodle feels like an old friend to me.

But I do not even know what H5P is, for example, so I know I am a little behind.
