Thanks for the detective work! My localhost Moodle sites are on my Windows machine, which certainly explains the bug. I don't have the problem on my online Moodle sites, including a moodle 45 dev site!

Let's hope this bug will be fixed before Moodle 4.5 is released.

I confirm I am using Moodle 4.5beta (Build: 20240927)

I have set development debugging to max, but am getting different error messages from yours. Considering that the Moodle 4.5 QA tests are almost finished and the imminence of the release and that this is a really annoying bug, I expect it should be reported in the tracker ASAP. Would you please do it? Thanks!

I am currently testing the Beta version of Moodle 4.5 and have come across a problem which may or may not be related to that version.

In current Moodle 4.4 (and previous versions) when a user clicks the "Close Course index" button (on any page of a Moodle course), then the Course index block remains on all other pages until the user clicks on the "Open Course index" button... etc.

This does not seem to be the case on the Beta version of Moodle 4.5 I am testing on my local install. The Course index block remains open on all pages and needs to be closed, but it is displayed Open when navigating to other pages. Is that a new bug?

Any ideas anyone?

These settings are available globally in Administration, not individually for each Questionnaire.
