Rubistar is an interesting site for sharing assessment rubrics but the interactive version is proprietary (it does apparently integrate with Moodle)

What I am saying is that the dialogue may be more important than the metadata to those sharing and using. Beware technological determinism Databases aren't always enough - dialogue is needed.
