What is the one that your children's teachers have?
Hi, Julie. As Timothy points out, it's a bit difficult to help without knowing what the page looks like, but I realize posting a screen shot is not possible because it would violate privacy restrictions for your children's classes. This is one of those cases where a face to face meeting might help--if you are in Minnetonka, MN, I can help you myself or find someone else who can.
Feel free to IM or email me by clicking on my name and getting the appropriate info from my profile. Then we can exchange local contact info. Up front, I should tell you that I consult for a Moodle partner, but no, I would not be trying to sell you anything. I'm just excited to see other MN Moodlers here and would help teacher to teacher like the situation described in The Good Teacher in the Moodle docs. Currently I teach high school in Minneapolis, so I could show you a few good local examples and perhaps point you in the direction of a couple of local Moodle user groups (none affiliated with my company, of course). Let me know if you think this might help.

Hi, Julie. Me again. My son woke up from his nap and prevented me from sharing the following resources in the last post.
While researching good sample sites for my colleagues, I ran across this Midwest Moodle Users group: http://moodle.erdc.k12.mn.us/
Mark Hilliard is the contact for this initiative, and is a member of the Using Moodle community. He might have a better understanding of some of the training courses being offered through our local TIES organization. I noticed that they are offering some good introductory courses this spring and summer, but I don't know the dates offhand. If you're interested, I can forward the schedule to you. It's too big to upload here.
If all you need is a short conversation to get you pointed in the right direction, though, again, feel free to get in touch with me to exchange local contact info.
