Important update.
In light of https://github.com/gjbarnard/moodle-format_topcoll/issues/177 I have decided to pull these versions. I'm really annoyed with myself for not spotting this, nor having a Behat test to cover it and this will take several hours of my time to rectify. There is no date for when this will be.
