I am writing to you because we have detected a critical error in the message processing:<br> <br> Delivery Blocked: When a message contains multiple paragraphs or line breaks, the emails are not delivered at all. The process stops completely, and the recipient never receives anything.<br> <br> Issues with short messages: In cases where the message is a single line and does manage to arrive, the text appears with visible <p>...</p> tags (escaped).<br> <br> The problem is likely located in classes/email_formatter.php, specifically within the plain_to_html function. By using s($plain), the plugin attempts to escape content that Moodle has already sent as processed.
