I have the same issue I even commented out the offending line but not much luck with a really nice plug-in idea

You must set a logo for your site at Administration > Appearance > Logos

Hello. This plugin is something I've been waiting for for years. Unfortunately, in Moodle 4.5.5, it returns an error when I try to view a grade.
