I may be ignorant of ways of using it - additional information welcome gratefully. I notice whether it is a part of a restriction set the activity is hidden from student - student "Must" meet all: wallet $x - hidden. If the condition is student "must not" meet all: wallet $x - access is openly granted. So I feel a bit confused - unless my error (which might be the case) is this: restriction by wallet can only be applied at the course level. I have tested it at the section level and it does not work either.
