When video is getting uploaded.. and if I clicked on Question "Quiz navigation".. I am getting one popup with alter message "Leav page". If I cancel it then only.. my "Previous page " and "next page" navigation get disbaled.. can you please check

Hi Giulia, I tested this on the latest SEB on MacOS and the browser does not seem to support WebRTC so we can not get an audio or video stream. This might not be a limitation on a Windows version of SEB. I will test this also, but it might be difficult to provide a consistent solution to all your students

Unfortunately the plug in doesn't work with safe exam browser. It's not possible even to upload from computer. Any solution? We would like to use poodll for the examinations.

Oh really? I have never tested with the safe exam browser.
The video and audio recorders by default use the tokyo.poodll.com red5 server. That is likely to be an issue. But the "MP3 recorder" works without any 3rd party server, so it is worth checking if that works. If file uploads are allowed, you could force html5 mode and then instead of a recorder, you would be able to upload a file from the PC. In the case of a tablet device that would also give you the option to record. In my opinion those are all still long shots and I do not think there will be much else you can do from user perspective. I would have to try it out and make some changes in all liklihood.

Thanks Stepan. The recordings are stored in Moodle's file system. Moodle has its own one of those. And the files and directories have names like '1123f08gyy12445pp.mp3.' So just forget about them. If you want to delete them, delete the assignment or the quiz attempt that contains them. You can also "reset" the course which will wipe the whole course clean of student data.

I tinkered about my issue and was a success. I had to install 2 more plugins: assignment_type and assignment_submission. I made an assignment, and it worked well. I think I understand about Red5 recorder to. l believe that it is a piece of programming code located at the Poodll server that makes recording and converting possible. But the recorded file is always uploaded to my site directory. Right now I'm puzzled with the question how to clean my site of those mp3 files when I'm done evaluating them. Maybe there is a simple solution to it, and I thus sound naive, but I'm totally new to Moodle _ it's my 4th day tackling it. Thank you for great plugins!

Justin, I made a quiz with a single task: to record an extract of a text. I allowed unlimited number of attempts in the test settings. A student can make the recording repeatedly- I can see the conversion and uploading processes. Then the recording can be listened to by the student. But I didn't find the way for the teacher to listen to the student's recordings. Can you help?
One more thing. When I choose mp3 in the settings, the recorded file is uploaded to the site. Where does the sound file go, if I choose the web service, (don't remember it's name now)?
