Massimiliano - I haven't updated this plugin since 2022, but I think the problem is with Moodle. There's an open item in the Moodle Tracker about the fact that the list of SCORM reports was hardcoded since Moodle 4.0, so reports provided by plugins don't show up: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-75821. Once that's fixed, this Numbas report should appear again and I can look at whether it needs updating.

Is this still being maintained`?
I am currently using 4.5.3. and can't generate those reports. It appears the entire section/button is missing

Veronica - it's designed just for Numbas packages. It makes some big assumptions about how the data model is organised, particularly the suspend data. I wouldn't expect it to work with SCORM packages made by other systems.
