Version 4.0 is available. It is intended for Moodle 5. I will try to make it work with Telegram Groups Topic in the next release. Lin Zhong has asked that. Anyway, now it is possible to identify the sender of the message.

Btw, is it possible to make the plugin have additional options to send the message to a certain Telegram Group's Topic ? The Telegram now has options to activate Topic inside a telegram group. So a telegram group may contain one or more topic.

Today I just tried the plugin for Moodle 4.2.x and 4.5.2+.
It works for 4.5.2+, but does not work for 4.2.x
I hope you can make it official for 4.5.2+

You are correct. There was an error in edit_form.php. I fixed. Uploading correct code in Moodle.org. Github is already fixed.

Hello,
I tested the plugin on Moodle 4.1 but when configuring the block I got this error message: "Exception: Class "block_telegram_forum\privacy\block_edit_form" not found".
I managed to get it working on Moodle 3.9

Pls advise about max symbols length for the topic or message and how is it possible to increase it? For example note which is more than 15000 symbols length fail to forward to telegram
