Hi !
Yet yes! The administrator can view and download the file containing all the data transmitted by the Logstore xapi application installed in his Moodle provided he has authorized the use of logs in his platform. If this authorization is not active, Logstore xapi does not collect any data.

When visiting https://www.lrsdata.com/ it does not seem to have data of all users provided to admins. Does it do so?
