This is legacy TinyMCE that is not supported in Moodle 4.2. I have altered description to remove 4.2 as a compatible Moodle. Thank you.

In the release notes it says correctly: Note that this plugin does not support Moodle 4.2. This needs to be altered to remove 4.2 as a compatible Moodle.

I think this is released in the wrong place. It wouldn't make sense to release this in 'TinyMCE legacy'. We have a new TinyMCE in Moodle 4.x. The plugin should be for that version. Perhaps it is, but then this is the wrong place in the plugins-database.
