Thanks Charles for sharing yet another plugin with the Moodle community. I did not have an opportunity to fully test the provided functionality. But the idea looks good and the implementation is clean and well readable. While looking at the code, I spotted couple of things that you might want to improve in a future update of the plugin and reported them into your tracker.
