I think it should mostly work, I've updated the details to say it's compatible with 3.0. I'm just starting work on our internal 3.0 release of Moodle so anything I notice will be fixed over the next few months. If you see anything odd then let me know here or in the github issue tracker.

I agree with Dan. It would help to describe the provided functionality shortly, as well as expected audience - i.e. to clarify that this is really a tool for developers / theme designers and how it is supposed to be used. Additionally, should Simon Coggins be added as a contributor here? Leaving that up to you, I can't really judge how much was the Totara Element library code re-used.

In any case, I see this being nice and useful too and I am happy to approve this now with the hope that the full description will be added. You are cleared to land, welcome to the Plugins directory!

Hi David - looks really nice and I can see it being really useful - The description in the plugins db entry here should probably be expanded a bit - I had to go to the moodledocs page to find out what it actually did.
