Itamar - Many thanks for sharing this plugin with the Moodle community. You have done significant work on the Dataform activity module.

Please consider adding a screen shot of your plugin to help folks get an idea of what it looks like when installed (perhaps you could pull it in from Moodle Docs or maybe just having it there in Docs is enough - either way).

For issues, I suspect you will choose to use the Set: Dataform component we created. When you get it chance, please add that URL or confirm that is what you want to do and I can do it.

I was successfully able to install the plugin and it appears to function as expected. As such, I am going to approve this plugin. Peace - Anthony
