I have installed Moodle 4.5.1+ along with a rank plugin. Despite setting up quizzes and course progress tracking, the rankings are not displaying within the course. Any help regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have installed Moodle 4.3.3+ along with the ranking plugin, but the rankings are not displayed in the course despite setting up both quiz and course completion criteria. After detailed debugging, I found that the helper observer is not being called, which is preventing the records from being inserted into the database.

Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

How does Ranking block calculates points?
Here is what I did
1. Created two students roles in course naming "Student five" and "Student two".
2. Both of them gave a Quiz which was part of course.
3. "Student five" in his first attempt answered all questions correct and scored grade 10 and ranking block points 19.
4. "Student two" attempted quiz and got zero grade and 4 points in first attempt. "Student two" cored 10 grade and 17 points in second attempt.
5. Grade is set to highest score.

Why when grade of both students are same, they are getting different rating?

Hi Willian,

I have installed this block in moodle version 3.5 but nothing is getting updated in ranking block.
I have followed all the instructions mentioned above. Can you please confirm if I have to do something else as well?
