Pramod - Many thanks for sharing this theme with the Moodle community. There are a couple of things I would like for you to fix up before approving this theme. I think they are all minor and hopefully quick and easy changes. First, in the lang/en/theme_leoblue.php file the choosereadme string says that the theme was coded and is maintained by Patrick Malley. That should be removed since it is not the case. Second, if you could have a look at https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=theme_leoblue&validation=1 and fix up the validation warnings. The ideal (but not necessary) repository name in Github.com would be moodle-theme_leoblue.git (a minor correction if you are so inclined

Let me know if you want to change the repository name or not. It's just easier to change it now if you are going to before making it public and folks start using the other one. The main advantage to changing it is to be consistent with the recommended naming guidelines. Peace - Anthony

Thanks for making the changes in Github but in order for those changes to be reflected in Moodle plugins you will need to add a new version by going to https://moodle.org/plugins/addversion.php?id=640 and then we can see that the issues have been addressed.
