This admin report is useful only if you use the Course Awards 'Vote' and 'Medal' blocks, used to get a student's rating of the course, and award a medal to a course based on those ratings, respectively.
Both those blocks are required to be installed to install this report.

we are operating on Moodle version 2.4.1 and have the Course Award Vote and medal installed but somehow the report feature does not work. The plugin installation has been performed by ULCC. Could you please advise on how to resolve. Do they need to install an additional report plugin or is the plugin set disfunctional on V2.4.1?
