This a Moodle question type which extends the built-in 'calculated' question type. Teachers can create questions like,

How much is {apples} + {oranges}?

— where the {wildcards} become M and N × images of apples and oranges respectively.

It is aimed at pre/primary/elementary-school students (approximately age 3-9). Currently supported wildcards — please see the Documentation link below (each wildcard may be used with or without an 's', eg. {cookies} and with an optional differentiator). For example,

 {apples_1} - {apples_2}

    Hi Nick,
    Can you please have a look at https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/CONTRIB-4735, so that the English language strings can be made available for AMOS translators, in order to have this nice plugin available in more languages ?

    Is it possible that this plugin could get an update to Moodle 3.2 ? I understand that this originaly was aimed to be used for children 3-9, but there are a huge amount of grown ups lacking basic math knowledge. To address this a teacher must go back to basic arithmetic and algebra, with a certain amount of humour... Could you include items for adults like cartridges, beers, etc.. ? I would be very useful if fraction mathematics also was made possible...with pizza slices, mixing liquids etc...?
