Set up a SCORM Cloud in order to easily play SCORM 2004, xAPI, cmi5
or AICC courses in Moodle. Simply upload your courses into SCORM Cloud
and use SCORM Cloud Dispatch to export your files as small SCORM 1.2
proxy files, which you can then import into your Moodle LMS. SCORM Cloud
takes care of all the heavy lifting to play and track your courses.
Plus, Cloud helps you consolidate data across platforms and learners.

i have coppied the scormcloud folder into those 2 directories in the moodle install and get a error:
mod/scormcloud scormcloud Non-standard (about to be installed)
i click upgrade when it shows the above in the list.
then get this error:

My moodle version is Moodle 2.1.1+
