Thanks for this smile (and SIDE too)
    can i suggest
    - linking to some docs (http://docs.moodle.org/23/en/Man_course_formats still applicable?) from here too so we can avoid referring to the old modules and plugins database ?
    - adding a issue tracker url

    Dear Aparup,

I'll need to check with Marty on the 'Man course formats' as strictly speaking I have only updated one of them for 2.3, but then the others are not currently available for 2.3 unless Marty has them ready for publication.

    Thanks for approving the format,

    Gareth

Hi, is there any way of having a topic or summary section above the noticeboard? I really like this but I have a course where I need to have a header image/welcome message above the latest news item and I can't figure out a way of moving anything above it. Thank you.

    Hi Amanda,

There is a way but would require a code change.

    Hi Giacomo,

Probably. A reasonable amount of coding would be required and time is money.

    Kind regards,

    Gareth
