    Hi, I installed the Roshnilite theme in moodle 3.0 and its working perfectly, the only problem is that i dont have the navbar buttons "home" "courses", "blogs" and "forums", the only button that i have is the one that sets the lenguage. Could you help me to enable these buttons and/or how to configure them?

    Thanks
    Gus

    Here is how you do it:
    Please go to Dashboard / ► Site administration / ► Appearance / ► Themes / ► Theme settings / ► Custom menu items / ►add your items
    as below example / ►then click on the "Save Changes" button.

    Thanks Suman, you are a genious!
    I was literally half a month trying to enable those buttons, but I finally did it thanks to you. Now my problem is that I need those buttons to refer me to the same page, I mean that having the buttons "courses", "our categories" and "social networks" the screen will slide to where these sections are on the same page.
    For knowledge that I have programming I know that you can do this using the id that has each section and inspecting the code I found the header id, maincontent and frontpage-course-list in home-3.php and I was able to do the referencing.
    Is there a way to reference "courses", "our categories" and "social networks" from some configuration and interactively, such as how the button that leads to the header that is down the right when we go down the page works or must modify directly in the code?

    Thanks a lot
    Gus

    Hi! Gus
    The pleasure is all mine. I am glad that you did it. You have a fair knowledge of programming and we are thrilled about it. But, we would like to tell you that there is no configuration right now for having those menus "courses", "our categories" and "social networks" the screen will slide to where these sections are on the same page.
    There will be changes to the core of the theme. If you can do it then it is fine but if you want us to do this for you, then please send more details (may be a screenshot or an image or sketch or something that gives us a neat idea). Our email ID is admin@dualcube.com .

    Thanks.

    Sincerely,
    Suman,
    DualCube

    Thanks Suman
    I was playing with the code and I succeeded, the navbar buttons redirect me perfectly to the different sections of the mentioned main page that was what I wanted.
    Everything is fine, but I would like the buttons of the navbar to separate as in the captures of the subject, I mean to be separated by squares and that when I point to some with the cursor a small arrow is made down. Do you know how I can do that? My buttons are shown where they should, but are displayed only as text and do not look like buttons. Could you help me with this?
    Thanks again
    Gus

    I did manage to enable the font-awesome icons - I think it was a question of syntax which was a bit different in the fa documentation than which you used. But I have the same question as Sean here, which is unanswered: "Is there any way to prohibit hidden courses from auto-populating on the front page?" We have courses which go all the way back to 2005, and the oldest seem to be the ones the course carousel picks up. The courses should be hidden and I've even set ending times for them. Still, logging in as a student or with a fresh account they are displayed. So as such, I'd rather hide it. Also I'd like to be able to hide the icon + content blurb. Will this be possible in the future?

    Hi! Tomi, Sean
    Please download and replace with the latest version of Roshnilite theme from moodle.org
    then please clear all caches.
    The hidden courses option do not show on the front page.
    To hide the icon + content blurb, please go to Dashboard / ► Site administration / ► Appearance / ► Themes / ► Roshnilite / ► General Settings / ►empty all the "Enter block name", "Enter block sub text", "Enter url" fields then click on the "Save changes" button.

    Hello, I have a problem, in this issue because when you put the full size slider, the background of the image and the letters are not responsive as much as the other themes (Roshni and Roshnilite), it does not adjust according to any given font size, except for the image. I would like to know which CSS or JS should be modified and the rest of the content if they are responsive (here I have no problem).

    And also to put the slider is not full size, if it adapts the responsive but does not perform the slider effect as the full size, this static although put more slider does not work the transition movement, I would like to know how I program it and in what file JS has to be done.

    And finally the courses that are created should be published on the main page, which this theme does not do, I think one of the comments I saw is that it has to be done by means of a code and not manually, unless this theme not done…. Help me as it is done since I am not a professional programmer, this is given as much as Roshni and Roshnilite.

    Well I hope you help me in these small programming errors in the theme.... Sorry my bad english XD

    @Balja,

    We have checked it on our server, and couldn't reproduce this issue.
    Are you using the latest version (2015092116) of Roshnilite theme? Please let us know which editor you are using.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Hi DualCube Team,

    Thanks for your contribution of the theme and I would like to say that's its amazing work. Indeed very happy to be able to setup a professional look and feel with Moodle

    I need some assistance on the Site Home slide as I've not been able to properly have the main banner slider to work.

    I have ran through the comment with regards to getting the slider to work on the following code in engine.js

    But after tweeking it, it's still not working.

    Here's the change I made. Could you advise if I've done something incorrect?

    $('.top-slider').bxSlider({
    slideWidth: 5000,
    minSlides: 1,
    maxSlides: 6,
    slideMargin: 0,
    moveSlides: 1,
    controls: false,
    auto: true,
    pause: 10000
    });

    Hi! Oscar,
    We have checked it on our server it is working fine.

    Note: As per theme feature, the "Back To Top" Button works only for the front page of the Roshnilite theme.
