    The excel reports are available from the Report section in the course, choosing the Training Session choice in report subtree. I'm checking the cas of 2.3, the fact is that the use_stat bloc reies on true logs of Moodle, and will be affected :
    - by log cleanup
    - when an admin plays on behalf of another user (not generating real logs)

    In My Courses > Reports >Training Sessions,
    Per participant tab
    only shows the Admin people and no "normal" participants.
    and the "get_record() not available anymore".

    The Course tab only shows 5 of the participants on the course (there are 40) and at the bottom of the list "get_record() not available anymore"
    Clicking on the continue button takes me back to the home page.

    I have downloaded / installed the updated Module from the plkugin directory.

    I now have in In My Courses > Reports >Training Sessions,
    4 tabs,
    Per Participant - all participants are showing,
    Course Raw
    All courses

    Only Course Raw actually produces anything, I do get a csv file of the access All other tabs still havet "get record() not available anymore" message.

    Thank you, Tat is great. Just one more question (sorry), how do the students see their own reports. Use Stats seems to be only available to the admin (me) and the Reports in Navigation aren't there for students.

    All this can be setup by capabilities on the system level role definition, or by derogating some permissions locally.

    Use stats by default is not available to students, as being a user tracking tool that might need some precaution to use in a general way. So it needs to be allowed explicitely in site role setup.

    Training session reports also have a report level capability to enable students using it (as all other reports).... Cheers.

    Hi, when I generate XLS reports I get strange values of time opening fine in Excel, something like 0,006944444.
    Maybe it depends on this strings of locallib.php

    // for excel time format we need have a fractional day value
    return $timevalue / DAYSECS ;

    Anyone knows how to make everything look normal, as in html pages of this plugin? Something like hours:minutes format?
    Thank you

    ( I use Moodle 2.6.2 )

    I figured out tha issue has nothing to do with what I wrote, it's just a problem of cell formatting in excel.

    When cell is switched from 'general' to 'date', that value is correctly displayd in hh:mm:ss format.

    So, this means that strings of locallib.php can't "force" cells to display in correct way.

    If you scroll file code it seems to use the right way to do that:

    $xls_formats['zt'] =& $workbook->add_format();

    is called from

    $timeformat = $xls_formats['zt'];

    Anyway it doesn't work. Not for me.
