This module allows internal bugtracker, user support, multilevel cascading support collector, and also pedagogic use as a generic managed todolist.

    Thank you for your great work on the Plug-In. I would also love to have a 3.x version of the Plug-In. I could offer some Beta testing if it helps you to create it.

    Hi all, new versions of tracker have been posted for up to M30 releases (hope it should work directly for M31). A general work is in progress on all plugins that will :
    - eliminate the bad good idea of mail templating outside the lang strings.
    - get controllers more objects, so we might be able to build unit test more easily
    - take a global review of all your comments and see what can be implemented reasonability

    Confusing in My Watching: "Don't advise me when opens: yes or no"

    Please do rephrase the sentence so I do not have to answer: no, don't advise me (and leave me with a question mark about the result: do I get an advise or not?)

    P.s. Is an advise the same as an email?

    Hi Valery, we are currently working on some modifications of your great user tracker tool. The description and discussion will be done in a selectable forum, the "ticket created" mails will have more information and hyperlinks to the posts.
    Are you interested to get this code after finished to eventually insert it into your core plugin?

    Do you plan to upgrade this tracker module for version 3.4 ? In GIT, I found a branch 3.3 but nothing 3.4.

    How can admin see all the issues posted by the users? Currently, in 'user support ticketing system' while the poster can see the issues posted by him, the admin still has no clue of the issues posted by the users.

    Hi We are using this bug tracking tool. So the issue i am facing is like, if admin creates the ticket, the email notification is going to all the students, which is very bad. The thing is like, if we assign ticket to particular student, only that student should receive the email. Can you please help me on how to resolve this issue. Any help appreciated!!

    Does that work with moodle version 3.7 ?
    After installing I am facing an issue which says:

    Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: core_renderer::update_module_button() can not be used anymore. Activity modules should not add the edit module button, the link is already available in the Administration block. Themes can choose to display the link in the buttons row consistently for all module types.

    Are tickets separated by groups ? In my moodle installation I have separate groups and want tickets to be assigned to same groups teachers. Is this feature included in this ticketing system ?

Activity modules should not add the edit module button, the link is already available in the Administration block. Themes can choose to display the link in the buttons row consistently for all module types.
