    Hi Filippos, Just discovered a fix for the video alignment problem. Add the following to the end of your styles.css file for Journal.
    #page-mod-journal-report .mediaplugin {
    width: 100% !important;
    }
    To see it in operation, you will need to purge your cache, or put your Moodle into theme designer mode and reload your Journal report.php page.

    I am running Moodle v3.6. Should I pull the master branch or the MOODLE_36_STABLE branch? If I'm supposed to pull master, can you explain why the MOODLE_36_STABLE branch exists? I only ask because I've been running the MOODLE_36_STABLE branch, and Moodle is telling me that there's still an update.

    This seems like something I need, but we'd want each student to be able to be prompted after curriculum materials to make entries to a journal or notebook for themselves, to add to and reference throughout the course. But we wouldn't want students seeing each others notes, only their own. Is this doable with this plugin?

    Hi, thank you for this great plugin. We would like to propose a few modification and know if you would be interested to make some of them into the plugin. We can help with the development.

    1 - Bring all presentation layer into a renderer+mustache tpl. So theme developer can modify the plugin's appearance if they want to.

    2 - Add a completion status "Student must submit an entry to complete it". This way, the student would see the journal entry as completed so it doesn't require it's attention anymore.

    3 - Add an option to prevent the student to edit a graded entry. Could be triggered on/off at the entry level.

    4 - Student can manually mark an entry as "ready to be graded". So teacher know when to grade an entry.

    What do you guys think? Anything you would want to add to your plugin?

    Any suggestion/enhancement are welcome

    Looking forward to reading your input

    Thank you

    If not compatible does anyone know any other plugin that is compatible with 3.8, safe and similar to this (mod_journal) and we could use to replace this functionality?

    Fix:

    Added index.php line#114:

    $description = file_rewrite_pluginfile_urls($journal->intro, 'pluginfile.php', $context->id, 'mod_journal', 'intro', null);

    Firstly, thanks to the developers for this plugin, which I think is excellent, however I have spotted what I think is a bug. If a tutor goes into a journal activity to provide feedback and a grade to posts - if they reply to some of the posts but not all - as well as the emails going to the people whose work has been graded, it also sends an email to the people have posted but their work hasn't yet been graded. Could this be changed so that the emails only go to the items that have genuinely received feedback. For reference we are on Moodle Moodle 3.6.6+ (Build: 20191022) and have just updated to the latest version of this plugin. We are using scales for the grades. Thanks in advance.
