Web service template plugin for Moodle 2.X 

It is a template designed as a starting point for developing third party web services. It includes a simple Hello World example.

To test:
1- install the plugin in Moodle 
2- Read, setup and run /client/client.php

    Hi Paul,
    I mostly write core web services (so not a local plugin).

    Are you looking to more complex example of local plugin? You can have a look to http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Adding_a_web_service_to_a_plugin

    Not much John, just maintain it so it is easy to create a local plugin with a web services. Actually it's more of a dev plugin, I am not sure it should be published on Moodle.org.
