Select Moodle version:

Course formats: eTask

format_etask
The module is based on the topics course format. It includes grading table of assignments on the top of course. You can set grade to pass. Cells of the table are colored by status: submitted (orange), passed (green) and failed (red). After clicking on a table cell appears grading page of the student.

Thanks for sharing this, it installs and works okay even on Moodle 2.5.

Could you please add a code repository url and relevant issue tracker url.

Peter Hardie has commented on a plugin you're contributing to :

Love the potential of this...however all participants grades are viewable to
all enrolled pupils in a course?
    Am i doing something wrong?

    --

    Hi Peter,

no, you're not doing anything wrong. It's on purpose that the grades of all of the participants are visible to everybody, because it motivates others. The students with bad grades are motivated to perform better and the students with good grades would know they are doing a good job. Also it motivates them to submit the homeworks in time.

The eTask course format will be enhanced with other extensions and changes in the future.

    Hello Martin,

I'd love to use this plugin. Because it is easy to see for a student if they have passed or failed an assignment and they can see if the assignment is submitted or not. However, the students are allowed to see each others grades and they can see if the other student have passed or failed the assigment. I agree with you that this could be motivating. The problem is, our laws (I live in Holland / The Netherlands) doesn't allow that other students can see that kind of information. So it is forbidden for us to use this plugin sad

    Hi Mitchell,

many thanks for your comment. It's good information for me. There will be some changes in the eTask (when I have more time to development). I can add new functionality - settings for the visibility of grafing table for the role of student.

Good luck and happy new year
