How The Document Comparison Block Works

Once you’ve created an account at GroupDocs, install the GroupDocs Comparison Block on your Moodle website, using this instruction. 2. Now, using this block, you can seamlessly embed documents that you want to compare into your Moodle web-pages. GroupDocs will convert the documents into HTML5 so that they will be rendered as real text documents, not flash or images. 3. GroupDocs Comparison will merge the documents automatically and highlight all differences between the two versions. Added text and formatting is highlighted with underlines and removed text - with strikeouts. 4. You can invite your colleagues, partners or clients to review the compared documents right on your Moodle website. And thanks to using HTML5 technology, website visitors don't need to install any browser plugins or Flash in order to view the compared documents - any modern web-browser can handle the embedded documents itself. 5. When you compare two Word documents, you can merge them and save as a single DOC or DOCX file with the Change Tracking feature turned on. The document can then be edited offline by accepting or rejecting differences between the two document versions.
