But I have a little problem =( . How can I show a block at the front? I've tried everything , but i can't do it.
.My theme is AARDVARK, and im use Moodle 2.4.

You need to use a theme that defines a region for blocks at the top OR customise your theme to add a top region - this might help

Great idea. How is this block configured to only allow block editors to post. Also, it appears that the "add banner" symbol ("+") appears whether you are logged in or not. When clicking on this symbol (when not logged in), you are taken to a blank page.

I have moodle 2.5 and I installed the block and cann't see the images in the block . in debugging mode I get this:
Did you remember to call setType() for 'urllink'? Defaulting to PARAM_RAW cleaning.
line 1303 of /lib/formslib.php: call to debugging()
line 281 of /lib/formslib.php: call to moodleform->detectMissingSetType()
line 202 of /lib/formslib.php: call to moodleform->_process_submission()
line 84 of /blocks/banners/add.php: call to moodleform->moodleform()

We've been using this block since last year, no problems! I do have a question, is there a facility to add alt text to the images when they are added to the banner block?
