This theme is based on the bootstrap theme. You can choose your preferred color for the theme in the theme settings. This theme works on your desktop computer as well as on your smartphone or tablet.

Overview:

  • Choose your preferred "skin color" of the theme in the theme settings
  • Full responsive: Optimized for touch devices such as smartphones and tablets as well as for desktop devices.
  • Choose your own logo in the settings
  • Dynamically generated social media icons depending on your theme settings

If you want a special custom color, just post the color code here and I will provide a new flavour of the theme.

    Very nice theme David. Question: I uploaded an image as a logo but now I want to get rid of it and return to the default. settings. How do I do that?

    @Tzvi Daum: Just click on the photo, in the space where you uploaded it. Then choose "delete" from the window that appears. Then save the settings.

    Hi Pavel,

    in the custom css section of the theme settings add the following lines:

    #page-header .logo h1 {
    display: none;
    }

    This hides the page heading everywhere. (Also course names) To only hide the course full name (it only appears on the frontpage), do the following in custom css:

    #page-site-index .logo h1 {
    display: none;
    }

    Best regards,
    David

    Hi,

    I am installing this theme in moodle 2.7.1, the status displayed: to install (but no link) I refreshed the moodle database and then it showed the message: installed succesfully, on the server I have the folder lernstar but I don't see it on the theme selector. I have checked for new updates, cleaned the cache and still not showing.
    Thanks

    Hi Carlos,

    I can't reproduce that. Did you use the latest theme? The older ones are not compatible with 2.7

    Best

    Hello David,
    I like your theme and have installed it on my site. I would like to change the color from your "blue" to #333FF to match my logo.

    I could change it if the style sheet if I knew which style to change.
    Thanks for your good work and your help.

    Hello and thanks for you work.

    I want to change the color of background in "adding activity or resource" window for the explanation. I am using the light blue and the current color for the background is 1C697E which is not compatible with the text color however I do not find the css containing this color. Can you tell me where is define the color?

    Many thanks again,

    Hi.
    Thanks for the theme. A quick question - am I the only one that tried to install this theme to Moodle 2.8 version and have problems with course/site summary block?
