The 'Flickr public (Xpert)' repository is heavily based on the core 'Flickr public' repository plugin.

The main difference is that it allows a user to attribute an image returned via the Flickr API to the copyright holder.  This is accomplished by appending a "CC By" icon, copyright year, URL and author name to the bottom of the image. The search results are restricted to images licensed under the Creative Commons "Attribution CC BY" license.

The size of the image is determined by a dropdown menu at the search stage with small, medium (standard) and large options.

This plugin is restricted to images licensed under the Creative Commons "Attribution CC BY" license.

The background and text colour of the appended copyright information can be chosen from a predefined list of options.

Thanks a lot for sharing this plugin with the Moodle community. I really like the idea and the implementation of this repository. I was able to successfully test the functionality and the code looks good to me. Well done on providing the unit tests. Apparently some parts of the core's flickr_public repository were used as the initial point for the development and it might be nice to mention it in your README file.
I'll be happy to approve this repository once the recommended meta-information reported in the Plugin check results above (such as description and bug tracker URL) are filled. Screenshots will be great here. They could illustrate how the licensing and authorship information is attached to the original picture, for example.
I am going to mark this as needing more work now. Please send this for re-approval once the plugin record is fixed. Thanks.
