The question type does not work anymore in 2.4.1. I have the same questions in a 2.3.3-Moodle there it works fine, but in the 2.4.1 it does not work...

Hi Urs, it works fine for me in Moodle 2.4.1. Try purging your Moodle cache and your browser cache and then if you still have a problem please be a little more specific to tell us what the problem is.

As is the syntax for using this type of question?
    There a manual?

Como es la sintáxis para utilizar este tipo de pregunta?
    Existe algún manual?

    Hi,

The Drag and Drop into text question type is causing browsers (testing IE, FF and GC on Mac and PC) to crash when manually grading all attempts of one Drag and Drop question. Is this a known issue?

    Thanks,
    Greg

Must admit I have never tried tat. It is a security hole of a sort if web browsers crash because of JavaScript in the page, so I am surprised that all of them crash on the same page.

Still, I will take a suitable careful look

    The error I get is:
    "dependancies check failed for qtype_ddwtos"
Any ideas what may be the problem?

Any ideas why there's no shuffling occurring in the answers, even if "shuffle" is selected?

    Hi Christos,

I just tried the question type and the answer shuffling works fine for me. Note that of course the answer shuffling happens when the question is being attempted.

As the 'Help' for the quiz option 'Shuffle within questions' which is included below says when that option is off, in a Quiz, then that will turn off shuffling in the ddwtos question as well as other questions.

Everything seems to be working fine. If you are still having a problem please post back with the version of Moodle you are using after making sure you have the shuffling within questions option on if you are using this in a quiz.

    Shuffle within questions

If enabled, the parts making up each question will be randomly shuffled each time a student attempts the quiz, provided the option is also enabled in the question settings. This setting only applies to questions that have multiple parts, such as multiple choice or matching questions.

Just to make the end of that last comment a little clearer, be aware that there are two places shuffling can be set, in the question and in the quiz and both options have to be on for the shuffling to be on in a question in a quiz.

    @Raplh,

As it says on this page : https://github.com/moodleou/moodle-qtype_ddwtos in the README at the bottom of the page you need the gapselect question type installed for the ddwtos question to work.
